TOPdesk Integration with Zabbix – Automatic Incident Creation in TOPdesk Based on Incidents Identified by Zabbix:

When an incident occurs, it is detected by Zabbix, which automatically triggers the integration with the TOPdesk platform, sending an incident creation request to the corresponding queue via integration. The incident card is automatically opened, which already includes some information about the event, such as the name of the problem, start time, host, severity level of the alert, and the value of the metric that caused the problem, among other information. Within the incident card, it is possible to view the information sent by Zabbix and some fields automatically filled in. It is also possible to acknowledge these alerts in Zabbix and view these updates on the TOPdesk platform. In these acknowledgments, we can insert messages about the alert and related updates. When the alert is resolved, Zabbix updates the incident resolution information in the TOPdesk incident card, informing the duration of the incident. This integration does not yet automatically close the incident in TOPdesk.
