With the WeFact integration it is easy to synchonize contacts and invoice closed incidents directly in WeFact. Also, used products can be added to an incident based on the WeFact product list, and are added to the invoice once closed.

Description

Make invoicing easy! Using a user-friendly web interface closed tickets can directly be invoiced in WeFact. This reduces time and errors, and you won’t forget to invoice a ticket anymore.

Using a direct integration with WeFact the invoicing is a breeze, and by using the product module products that are used to resolve the incident, like cables, hardware or software, can be invoiced directly.

Other integrations with Exact Online, AFAS or Twinfield are by request.
