With this solution you can automatically escalate incidents and changes to the Omnitracker environment. Setting up this integration can be done using the TOPdesk API and the Omnitracker service bus, but agreeing on processes to follow often proves to be challenging. Requirements for setting up the link
An Omnitracker service bus needs to be available and to be accessible from your TOPdesk environment. Our consultants can help with setting up the functional design of the link and implementing the TOPdesk part of the link, but we have no knowledge of Omnitracker so having an Omninet consultant to help will be necessary.
