ZigiOps is a highly scalable, no-code integration platform that allows you to connect TOPdesk with Dynatrace in less than 10 minutes.

Align your IT Service Management and Application Monitoring, automate workflows and synchronize data between TOPdesk and Dynatrace in real-time. When Dynatrace detects a problem or issue with a certain application ZigiOps automatically logs it in TOPdesk with all relevant information in real-time.

ZigiOps directly loads live data from Dynatrace into the TOPdesk dashboards, showing detailed information on active incidents or changes. Once the incident is received in TOPdesk, ZigiOps automatically sends information back to Dynatrace, once there is an update or resolution. The integration is bi-directional, which means all data, attachments, comments, and more are transferred between TOPdesk and Dynatrace in real-time. 

ZigiOps offers predefined use case templates and makes the whole integration doable with just a few clicks. Our advanced field mapping options let users configure a lot of additional workflows.
