Description

The SSP My Requests solution is an alternative overview that shows all incidents and changes of the end-user in the TOPdesk Self-Service Portal.

The following additional functions are included:

  • Sort the overview by column
  • ‘Real’ processing status with text visible
  • Categorization
  • Filter by status, category, and user
  • Saved filter settings

To make ‘SSP My Requests’ available in the Self Service Portal, you can link it in the Self Service Portal Designer in the editor area.
To do this, a new link tile must be added.
It is sufficient to enter the relative URL “/services/ssp-my-requests/” as the URL.
To prevent the service from being opened in a new browser tab, you should also check the box “Open in TOPdesk”.

  2. Install the solution. Follow the steps described in KI 14283 in chapter “Activating a solution”
  3. Link the solution in the SSPTo make the “SSP My Requests” service available in the Self Service Portal, you can link it in the Self Service Portal Designer in the editor area.To do this, a new link tile must be added.It is sufficient to enter the relative URL “/services/ssp-my-requests/” as the URL.To prevent the service from being opened in a new browser tab, you should also check the box “Open in TOPdesk”.
