With the TOPdesk SCIM connector for Okta, TOPdesk accounts for both persons and operators can be created automatically by Okta. The TOPdesk accounts will automatically follow the life cycle of the Okta accounts. For example, if a person switches department, this change is automatically pushed to the TOPdesk account. And when a person leaves the organisation the TOPdesk account is automatically deactivated. The Okta SCIM connector for TOPdesk is designed and developed by certified Okta partner FuseLogic, is certified by Okta and is based on the modern SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) protocol, an open standard for automating user provisioning.
