This is a one-way integration from TOPdesk –> Teams. It sends a notification to Teams when there is a new call, or when e.g. a high priority call is created, depending on the Event coupled to the Action Sequence. Basic information like the Call number, Brief description and Request are shared, along with a link to open the call in TOPdesk.
Requirements for setting up the link
This solution comes with a short manual, such that no prior knowledge of TOPdesk Action Sequences is required. Anyone with basic TOPdesk and Teams knowledge should be able to implement this.
