An up-to-date CMDB is a powerful tool to help you resolve issues in a timely fashion. Lansweeper is available as a source type under TOPdesk Asset Management Import. Set up an asset import from Lansweeper to automatically populate your TOPdesk database and ensure your assets in TOPdesk are always updated.

Just log in to TOPdesk, navigate to Settings > Import settings > Asset Management imports > Imports, create a new import and choose Lansweeper as your source type. For more details on how to set up an asset import from Lansweeper, please visit TOPdesk documentation portal.

Hosting availability
Lansweeper source type is available on both TOPdesk SaaS and Virtual Appliance as of 2026 Release 2.
