Our integration with TOPdesk allows our Managed Service Partners as well as our customers to provide their account contacts with simple and easy access to their active requests. Account contacts have an up-to-date overview of active requests from the comfort of their Workspace 365 digital workspace environment, without the need to open the TOPdesk client portal. We also provide a quick way to directly access the TOPdesk client portal via Single Sign-on, directly from Workspace 365.
