With the integration you can easily sign documents online. Work orders, loan agreements and employment contracts can easily be signed online from the TOPdesk Incident Management / Change Management module. The signed document is automatically added to the associated incident or reservation card in TOPdesk. Sign digitally remotely, from any device, and keep all your documents securely in one place.
How does it work?
You can start a signing Request process from the Self-Service Portal or the Operator section. After the document is signed or rejected, the document is added as a PDF file to the incident/change (activity) card in TOPdesk and the status is changed accordingly.
