Description
This integration is an automated one-way integration between AFAS and TOPdesk. Relevant personal and branche or company information in AFAS is synchronized with TOPdesk. The integration is both useful for TOPdesk internal support and MSP’s. The sync can be triggered (live updates) or scheduled (bulk data).

For example when a new employee starts on a specific date, AFAS sends the necessary personal data, job profile and starting date to our platform Qixium. Qixium processes the data and triggers a new extensive change in TOPdesk with a number of activities. The change starts in time and contains the correct amount of activities for the onboarding. Some of the activities can be automated, for example by creating accounts or adding persons to permission groups in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD). Updating data fields in AFAS is also an option.
